Steven Goldstein, Esq

President & General Counsel

Steven J. Goldstein is the founder and President of Title America Land Services, Inc. Mr. Goldstein has been practicing law for the past 30 years. He has concentrated in the area of real estate law. He has litigated complex title issues and served as general counsel for a major regional developer, where he served as special counsel to the developer's title agency. Mr. Goldstein has been in the title business for over 20 years and has brought Title America Land Services, Inc. into the national arena. Mr. Goldstein also serves as general counsel to Title America. Mr. Goldstein's expertise in the area of settlement services and legal representation gives him unparalleled insight into the complex issues surrounding the national title business.

Jared Beschel, Esq

Chief Executive Officer

Jared Beschel is the Chief Executive Officer for Title America Land Services, Inc. During his 20-plus years as an attorney in the real estate and title industry, Jared has represented buyers, sellers, developers and lenders in sophisticated multi-million dollar commercial, residential and 1031 tax deferred exchange matters. Jared received a Bachelor of Science Degree from SUNY Oneonta and a Juris Doctorate from the Hofstra University School of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

Joseph Nicosia, Esq

Senior Title Reader & Clearance Office

Joseph A. Nicosia, Esq., is a Senior Reader and Clearance Officer in Title America Land Services, Inc., Title Agency. Joe joined Title American in 2014. Prior to that time, he was the Reader and Clearance Officer at First Equity Abstract in addition to Nationwide Court Services, Inc. Joe’s career in the practice of law begin in litigation doing Landlord Tenant proceedings at Rappaport, Hertz, Cherson and Rosenthal and thereafter litigating Foreclosures cases for DeRose and Surico of Bayside, NY, for over 7 years. Mr. Nicosia received a B.A. in Paralegal Studies from St. John’s University in 1991 and received his law degree from Touro Law Center, School of Law in 1994. He is admitted to the bar in New York State and admitted in the Southern and Eastern Federal Bankruptcy Courts and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

Melissa Gavin

Manager & Closing Desk Coordinator

Melissa is the Office Manager and Closing Desk Coordinator for Title America Land Services, Inc. Melissa has worked in the title industry for over 20 years and 18 years has been with Title America Land Services, Inc. Melissa has extensive knowledge of the title industry and is always willing to broaden her knowledge of the title business. Melissa has recently also become a notary public.

Trisha Mackay

Recording & Escrow Clerk

Tricia Mackay is the Sr. Manager of the Escrow and Recording Departments for Title America Land Services, Inc. Tricia is responsible for overseeing the timely recording of collateral documents and the payment of applicable transfer and real estate taxes. Tricia is also a real estate paralegal with over 25 years of experience in both residential and commercial transactions.

Dominick Priore

Jr Title Reader & Production Coordinator

Dominick has been in the title insurance industry since 2016. Dominick is our first point of contact and manages the production aspect of our company. Throughout the years Dominick has been extensively trained to complete closing desk tasks such as furnishing title bills, transfer docs, policies, etc. In the 7 plus years Dominick has been with our company he has been committed to expanding his knowledge and capabilities in all facets of our business. Dominick ensures that our operations are ran efficiently from when title is ordered to the day of closing. Customer service is his main priority and he is committed to growing and improving our customer relationships and offering the highest level of competence to our clients and/or customers.

Christina Sussman

National Business & License Consultant

Christina Sussman resides in Orlando, Florida and manages the national operations for Title America Land Services, Inc. She has been in the title industry for 35 years. She has served as President of an underwriter-owned direct operation title agency, owned her own title agency, and has served as Northeastern Regional Manager for a major title insurance underwriter. As the Northeastern Regional Manager, her clients consisted of the largest national title agencies in the nation. Her knowledge of national title operations, licensing requirements and national underwriting requirements make her a valuable resource in issuing title insurance and conducting settlements on a national scale. She is well versed in residential as well as complex commercial transactions.

Debra Mann, Esq

Recording Clerk

Debra Mann received her paralegal certificate from New York Institute of Technology in 1991. Since that time, she has worked in various aspects of real estate law. Debra has over 30 years’ experience in preparation of deeds and transfer documents for purchasers and buyers, preparation of both residential and commercial loan documents for Lenders, and Lender and Title representation at closings. Debra now uses this expertise to review documents presented for recording, and ensure the timely submission to the various County Clerks for all New York State transactions insured by Title American Land Services, Inc.

Emily Teepe

Settlement Coordinator

Emily recently joined our team as settlement coordinator in early 2023. She continues to gain experience in this industry working closely with attorneys, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process, and is eager to broaden her knowledge working in this field.

Donna English

National Settlement Officer

Donna joined the team in 2002 and has 21 years of experience in Residential and Commercial closings. Having vast knowledge in this industry, Donna works closely with attorneys, lenders and title companies to ensure a smooth closing process. Donna is a notary public.

Jessica Perna

National Closing Desk Coordinator

With over two decades of dedicated experience in the real estate and title industry, Jessica Perna stands as a seasoned professional. Currently serving as the National Closing Coordinator at Title America Land Services, Inc., she orchestrates seamless transactions by coordinating the efforts of all involved parties. Her expertise extends across various facets of the industry, encompassing document review and verification, document preparation and loan closings.

Nicole Fleischer

Funding & Escrow Clerk

With more than 22 years of experience in the Settlement & Title business, I started in the industry helping to close mostly residential files. I have since worked on many different types of real estate transactions and have expanded my knowledge. I also assist in allocating fees between the buyer and seller on their transaction, preparing lender package and facilitating the closing as well as disbursing funds. I love learning new things about the industry each day. Keeping our clients informed throughout the process helps ensure each one will have a smooth closing. I enjoy going into the closing room and making sure all parties are comfortable and have a personable experience.
